Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks

Yellowstone is a unique place featuring very beautiful scenery and amazing wildlife. What sets Yellowstone apart from other national parks is the geothermal activity. Yellowstone sits on top of a volcanic hotspot (don't worry, it's in no danger of erupting anytime soon) that is the reason for the geysers, steam vents, mud pots, and other strange sights. On this tour you'll see all of the geothermal sights as well as the amazing natural beauty of the park.

Of course Yellowstone isn't the only national park on this tour. Grand Teton may lack the geysers, but it does have one of the most awesome landscapes in the world (which is why we use it as our banner image above).

Tour Dates: We do not currently have a Yellowstone tour scheduled, but if you are interested please Contact Us and we will let you know exactly when we plan on running our next tour.

If you have a group of 10 or more we will gladly operate a custom or private tour.

Tour Is Not Currently Scheduled

We're sorry, but we are not running this tour right now. We are currently in the process of scheduling all of our 2011 tours, so if you are interested please contact us to ensure you know as soon as it becomes available.

The itinerary below is a representation of what the finalized tour will be. We intend to do, at a minimum, everything listed below, but there may be circumstances out of our control that require us to change the below itinerary.

Day 1 - Arrive in Jackson, Wyoming

Welcome to the Great American West! After transferring to your hotel, you can take some time to relax or possibly do a little shopping in the lovely small town of Jackson. Later that night we'll enjoy a welcome dinner so the whole group can finally meet.

Day 2 - Yellowstone National Park

There is literally no place in the world like Yellowstone and today you'll start to see why as we head into America's First National Park.

Day 3 - Yellowstone National Park

Geysers, wildlife, mountains, hot springs, lakes, canyons, and forests are just some of what we'll see as we continue our tour of Yellowstone.

Day 4 - Yellowstone National Park

We start the day very early today with an optional sunrise journey through the Lamar Valley, which is the home of a wide range of animals. Our early excursion will allow us the possibility to see not just elk and bison, but coyotes, bears, and wolves.

Later in the day, we continue our tour of the wonders of Yellowstone.

Day 5 - Grand Teton National Park

Today we leave Yellowstone National Park and drive south into Grand Teton. The valley of Jackson Hole is where our next hotel is, set among the wildlife and natural beauty.

Day 6 - Grand Teton National Park

Grand Teton National Park is an exceptionally striking vista where the mountains seem to rise straight from the valley floor. Today we tour this wonderful scene and stop for plenty of pictures along the way.

Day 7 - Depart for Home

Today you transfer back to the Jackson Hole airport to catch your flight home.
